Times of Paranoia

I can feel the paranoia expressed through these images and sounds during the times of COVID in NYC. Not being there for a few years, experiencing this film brings me back and allows me to imagine what it was like to live during those times. In that sense, it's an excellent documentary and 'time-capsule'.

I get a suspicion seeing the B&W footage of doctors analyzing the corpse. The sterility and focus is suspicious for some reason. Perhaps connects to the paranoia, unease, distrust, and general lack of information during the early and peak days of the virus.

It feels like were gliding effortlessly along the water during the voyage scenes across the bays. A peaceful feeling. I believe this came soon after the 'doors to heaven' shot.

I want to see what you will do with a feature film.
